Adult – Would you like to have less stress and more peace in your life? Our workshop teaches about mindfulness and simple meditation practices to create a greater sense of calm and well-being. Registration required and opens 2 weeks before the program occurs.
Adult - A series of gentle physical exercises and stretches flowing into the next so that your body is in constant motion and with the added benefit of a Chi Ball to ensure strength and focus. Registration Required and opens 2 weeks before the event occurs.
