Adult – Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches with each posture flowing into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Learn and practice this meditation in motion which promotes serenity through slow, controlled movements. Registration Required and opens 2 weeks before the program occurs.

Learn the art of hula dancing! Instructor Joanne Mahealani Walton, born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii teaches the knowledge of hula auana, a graceful dance where every movement of the body represents something. No Registration Required. This program will happen at the Harrisburg Park Amphitheatre, weather permitting.
