Adult – Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches with each posture flowing into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Learn and practice this meditation in motion which promotes serenity through slow, controlled movements. Registration required. Registration will open two weeks before the event.
