Witness the Fitness: Yoga (HAR)*

Adult – Improve your strength, posture, and balance by learning simple yoga poses. We will use a combination of mat, standing, and seated (chair) poses.

Witness the Fitness : Tai Chi Ball (HAR)*

Adult – A series of gentle physical exercises and stretches flowing into the next so that your body is in constant motion and with the added benefit of a Chi Ball to ensure strength and focus.

Witness the Fitness – Mini Boot Camp (HAR)*

Adult – Bring a workout buddy or come yourself for some circuit training. We will have several different stations for upper and lower body strengthening using dumbbells, bands, core work, and cardio, all to the beat of some great music. All levels, lots of fun! Registration Required

[CANCELLED] Mindful Meditation* (HAR)

Adult – Would you like to have less stress and more peace in your life? Our workshop teaches about mindfulness and simple meditation practices to create a greater sense of calm and well-being. Registration required.

Family Hula Dancing (HAR)

Learn the art of hula dancing! Instructor Joanne Mahealani Walton, born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii teaches the knowledge of hula auana, a graceful dance where every movement of the body represents something. No Registration Required. This program will happen at the Harrisburg Park Amphitheatre, weather permitting.

Teen Yoga with Monica Drake (KAN)

Ages 12-18 – Join us as local yoga instructor, Monica Drake, presents an introductory yoga class for teens that emphasizes mindfulness and body awareness for optimal overall physical and mental health! Registration required. 

Family Yoga (HAR)

Family-Local yoga instructor Mo Drake will present a fun, gentle & family friendly beginning yoga class that connects body, breath and movement. This program might require a wavier to attend and will have limited space.
