Ages 12+ – Self-care is about taking care of your mind, body, and soul in ways to reduce stress and enhance your happiness. Join us as we do a brief mindfulness meditation, journal our goals for the new year, work on a coloring page or two, or bring your own self-care projects to work on.

Adult – Do you find traditional book clubs too restrictive? Join us for a more freeform reading circle! We’ll spin a wheel to pick a trope and a genre and then it’s up to you to pick the book you want to read. Snacks will be provided. Sponsored by the Friends of the Kannapolis Library.
