Adult – Celebrate National Voter Registration Month with us and Carol Soles, the Elections Director for the Cabarrus County Board of Elections! She’ll cover all the voting basics, requirements for the upcoming election season, and will be available to answer questions you may have about the process. Voter registration forms will be available for anyone who’s ready to vote but hasn’t registered yet!
