I’ve Traced My Family Back to 1870, Now What? Shamele Jordon explores ways to confront the unique challenges involved in researching African American ancestors before 1870. Learn sources and techniques to locate ancestors during the reconstruction and enslavement eras. Get prepared genealogically and historically.
