Advance Directives (KAN)

Join us for a workshop about advance directive presented by Atrium Health, that will explain how to review and complete healthcare power of attorney and living will forms. This workshop will offer free notarization of advance directive forms, as well as guidance on what to do with them once they are complete. You may drop in at any point during these times. Most people spend about 45 minutes at the event.
